As co-Managing Director of The Housing Network, I help shape the overall direction of the business, from building strategic partnerships to developing services that support people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity.
I am passionate about creating lasting impact. While the work can be relentless at times, knowing that what we do changes lives is what drives me. My focus is on building trusted relationships, challenging conventional thinking and constantly asking how we can do things better. I firmly believe that with the right people around the table, almost anything is possible. That’s when the magic happens.
I founded The Housing Network in 2014 after spending 15 years in the residential property sector, running my own estate agency and working for another housing provider. There was no single lightbulb moment that led me here. Instead, becoming a parent and getting older made me think differently about responsibility, purpose and how I could use my experience to make a meaningful difference.
What makes me proudest is not the growth of the business or the awards we have won. It is hearing the stories, almost every day, of colleagues going above and beyond to help someone when they need it most. Those moments remind me why we do what we do.
Outside of work, I am a proud father of three, a very tired long-distance runner and, for my sins, a lifelong Arsenal supporter. I am also still trying to learn golf. Progress has been limited, but optimism remains high.
