Our team

Over 40 years’ experience supporting people in the housing market

Our team

What we believe in

There are various things that we believe in and are important to us. These permeate everything we do, how we work with our partners, how we look after our residents as well as our own people.

  • Helping vulnerable people so they become more independent and rely less on local authorities
  • Supporting not judging – everyone deserves a safe and secure place to live
  • Listening to local authorities to provide a response that works for you
  • Being proactive, doing things well and offering more
  • Looking after our residents and looking after you
  • Working as a partner that offers more than a roof
