Over 40 years’ experience supporting people in the housing market
There are various things that we believe in and are important to us. These permeate everything we do, how we work with our partners, how we look after our residents as well as our own people.
Marc Goodkind founded The Housing Network in 2014 as a specialist social housing provider after 15 years in the residential property sector. Prior to establishing The Housing Network, he ran his own residential agency and also he worked within another social housing provider. Marc brings a wealth of experience in running property businesses and innovating in the sector.
Gary Teper joined The Housing Network in 2019 after 22 years in the City, first as a Property Solicitor and then in the Investment Management sector, including PLC Director at Charles Stanley Group PLC, one of the largest listed investment management companies in the UK. Gary was also a Non-Executive Director/Trustee of a leading professional charitable institute which has more than 45,000 members in 116 countries.
Pam Wharfe has over 30 years’ experience in social housing including Director of Place at London Borough of Barnet and Director of Housing at Milton Keynes. Undertook a number of senior interim roles including Director of Housing at Coventry and Ashfield District Council, Strategic Investment Royal Borough Greenwich, consultancy at Basingstoke & Deane, London Borough Newham and London Borough Hammersmith & Fulham.
Simon Goodkind joined The Housing Network in 2018 having spent 15 years specialising in residential property. Simon has run a block management business in London and also has significant experience in facilities management. Simon is focused on making the business run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Terence Brown joined The Housing Network in 2016 as Director of Housing Operations & Acquisitions, having spent the last 15 years working as a senior manager in the Lettings Industry. Terence has in-depth knowledge of Housing Standards being HHSRS qualified and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of sourcing quality accommodation for our range of clients.
Tyler Moore joined The Housing Network in August 2021. Tyler has over 25 years’ strategic, operational and commissioning experience in social / supported housing and homeless prevention, specialising in the provision of good quality supported accommodation services for homeless vulnerable and complex needs customer groups. Throughout his career Tyler has been driven to do all he can to reduce social inequality for marginalised groups and individuals.
