As Chief Operating Officer at The Housing Network, I lead on the day‑to‑day delivery of our services, ensuring we operate effectively, responsibly and in line with our values. I am passionate about building strong, well‑led organisations that put people at the centre and deliver consistently high‑quality outcomes.

I bring a broad range of experience from both the housing sector and the private sector. Prior to joining THN, I was an executive director at Southern Housing, where I led large, complex services focused on performance improvement, customer experience and operational excellence. Alongside this, my private sector experience has shaped my commercial, solution‑focused approach and my commitment to continuous improvement.

My real passion is in empowering teams, working collaboratively with partners and creating the conditions for people to do their best work.  What excites me most about The Housing Network is its ambition to challenge the status quo, learn continually and deliver real impact for the people and communities we serve.

In my spare time, I enjoy being active and have various hobbies and pursuits to keep my mind active.  As the saying goes:  ‘Happiness is an inside job’
