As Director of People at THN, I am responsible for leading our People & Culture function, ensuring we create an inclusive, supportive and values-led working environment that allows our people to thrive. My role spans organisational culture transformation, workplace wellbeing, leadership development, and strategic workforce planning. I am passionate about embedding an environment where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to do their best work.

I joined The Housing Network in 2022, bringing over 20 years’ experience in People and Culture across a range of sectors. My career has given me the opportunity to work in organisations where authentic leadership, culture change and employee wellbeing sit at the heart of business success. I have particular expertise in developing people strategies that promote engagement, reflection, and long-term growth, while always ensuring strong governance and compliance frameworks are in place.

Outside of work, I enjoy, travelling, live music, spending time with my family and friends and I am a proud Crystal Palace FC supporter. I am passionate about learning, personal growth, and supporting others to reach their full potential- both professionally and personally.
