As co-Managing Director of The Housing Network, I’m responsible for the overall direction of the business — from how we work with partners to the services we design and deliver.
I am passionate about impact, and while the work can be relentless at times, knowing we make a real difference is what drives me. My focus is on building trusted relationships, challenging old models and thought processes, and pushing ourselves to keep improving. I believe that if you can get the right team together, anything is possible — that’s when the magic really happens.
I founded The Housing Network in 2014 after 15 years in the residential property sector — including running my own agency and working for another social housing provider. It wasn’t a single lightbulb moment that led me here, but having kids and getting older made me think more seriously about responsibility — and how we can use our experience to do something that matters.
Outside of work, I’m a dad of three, a very tired long-distance runner, and — for my sins — a lifelong Arsenal fan. I’m also still trying (and mostly failing) to learn golf but remain oddly optimistic.
What gives me the most pride is hearing, almost daily, the stories of our teams going above and beyond for people when it really counts.
