The Housing Network is proud to receive the Menopause Friendly accreditation, recognizing our high standards and proven practices in supporting colleagues affected by menopause.

With menopause affecting the fastest-growing workplace demographic—people typically reaching menopause at 51 but often much younger—it’s crucial to address this in the workplace. Nearly 8 in 10 are in work, and with 3 in 4 experiencing symptoms and 1 in 4 considering leaving their jobs, our focus on this area is more important than ever.

We are dedicated to ensuring that all our employees feel supported and understood during this significant stage in life. This accreditation highlights our commitment to fostering a supportive environment where menopause can be openly discussed and proper support is readily available.
