We are committed to tackling homelessness and creating sustainable solutions to provide housing for all. As we embark on our journey to become a B-Corp organisation, we are excited to share our values, mission, and progress with you.
Our B Corp Journey
We are proud to announce that we are in the process of becoming a Certified B-Corp. B-Corps are businesses that meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. As an organization that is currently working to become B-Corp certified, we are committed to using business as a force for good and to balancing profit with our purpose.
Our Approach
At The Housing Network, we take a unique approach to addressing homelessness. Our strategy 2024/29 ‘Homelessness the Missing Piece’ will see us work effectively as a team to deliver 10,000 units of safe and inspiring accommodation into 75% of Local Authority areas across the UK!

Our Commitment to Sustainability
As part of our B-Corp journey, we are implementing initiatives to reduce our environmental impact and promote sustainability. This includes:
– Promoting Energy Efficiency: Through our partnerships, we advocate for energy-efficient practices in the properties we manage. This includes encouraging our landlord partners to invest in energy-saving appliances, LED lighting, and insulation to reduce energy consumption and lower utility bills for residents.
– Encouraging Sustainable Practices: We collaborate with our landlord partners to promote sustainable practices in property management, such as implementing recycling programs, reducing water usage through efficient fixtures, and adopting eco-friendly landscaping techniques.
