As Director of Operations at The Housing Network, I am responsible for overseeing the delivery and performance of our operational functions across all properties. My role focuses on ensuring service excellence, driving operational efficiency and supporting the successful acquisition, mobilisation and introduction of new properties. I work closely with all business teams to deliver safe, high-quality environments that align with our strategic objectives and commitment to supporting some of the most under-served individuals in society.

I joined The Housing Network in March 2025, bringing over 25 years’ experience in managing large, complex operational estates across the UK and Europe. My career began as a commissioned officer in the RAF, followed by senior leadership roles with organisations such as Xerox, Sony BP Europe, QinetiQ, Williams Lea, the London Legacy Development Company, Broadgate Estates and Savills. I have specialised in multi-site property management, consultancy, and transformational business change, with a strong track record of delivering results across diverse, mixed-use portfolios. I am passionate about operational delivery that enables positive social impact.

I am a father of two, enjoy travelling and hands-on DIY projects, watching motorsports and aspire to find more time to improve my golf game.
