How we helped Edinburgh City Council
Having been placed on the council’s framework following a competitive tendering process, we met with the housing team in Edinburgh.
Challenge
The team highlighted the challenges of the local market and their belief that we were unlikely to supply suitable accommodation for their framework at the price tendered.
Solution
We set up an office, employed capable individuals and sourced and supplied 150 self-contained properties in a 6-month period. We are now a close partner with the authority and continue to supply more properties.
