Supported shared accommodation

Fully licensed, quality homes with the right configuration, monitoring and resident support

Introducing our offer

We understand supported shared accommodation, which is why we only provide quality homes with the right configuration, why we monitor communal areas and why we visit our homes regularly. It’s how we’re making supported shared accommodation a viable part of your housing solution.

What this means for you

What to expect

  • We only use homes for up to seven people unless the configuration makes it safe to house more
  • We never house residents if there are more than four people to one bathroom
  • All properties that need to be licensed are licensed
  • We install and monitor CCTV to all common areas
  • We provide 24/7 maintenance to fix problems day or night
  • We provide each resident with the basic necessities when they move in (cutlery, crockery, linen, duvet, pillow, towels)
  • Each property is cleaned three times a week
  • We understand the challenges with shared accommodation and know how to support residents – our property and resident support managers are highly experienced
  • Our property and resident support managers will visit each property at least five times a week
  • Before anything, we listen to you and then provide homes based on your requirements
